Lobos Management
I was told that the owner of 830 Mellon Street is Bernard Sobol of Lobos Management--- but what I've found is Bernard Sobol is a retired ophthalmologist, and Evelyn is wife is the owner Lobos Management, a commercial real estate company in Pittsburgh. It could be that the company is in her name but he runs it.

My husband and I have resided at 922 Mellon Street for 7 years and we are SOOOO happy that there are more good neighbors around! It was really bad having those houses in the 800 block vacant for years!
We are fighting the good fight. Since we moved in, we have gotten rid of a crack house across the street, multiple obnoxious and disrespectful tenants at 924, we've had our car windows smashed numerous times because we have called the cops on drug dealers and we have been threatened. But now there is a light at the end of our dark tunnel!! Thank you for joining us in Poineering a forgotton part of Highland Park!
We have a lot of work to do and we should meet to discuss what steps can be taken. I am co-founder of an organization called "Mellon Street Neighbors". We haven't done much in the past 6 months due to the winter; we haven't even met the "new" zone 5 commander. Can we plan a neighborhood meeting? We need to get the 800 and 900 blocks of Mellon together!
