Also the grass is getting high on the west side of the 800 block of Mellon Street--- most of the homes on this side of the street only need 4-6 passes with a mower to keep the front yard trim and tidy. Is that too much to ask?

Hi there! I just found out what it takes to get something classified as a nuisance property. The page with the code is here
Recently, the noise from 830 Mellon Street has gotten out of hand, and for some reason the kids seem to think it's a playground at 11:30 at night, including VERY little children, as young as 4. The police don't seem to do anything with calls, and you need them to issue citations in order to get real estate classified as a nuisance.
